Chauffeur Drive Systems are excited to announce the launch of our new branding and website. This follows many months of collaboration between ourselves, graphic artists and Business Gateway Scotland who have been very generous in funding our project.
2018 has been a great year for us and we have more than tripled our client base. From our small beginnings starting with a small core of owner operator companies who believed in us and took the system on in its immaturity, to our recently winning a large, multi-base operator with 35+ cars. Evidence that we are proving our worth in the industry, especially given that we gain the majority of our new clients through word of mouth. During 2018 we have continued to develop the system, to achieve what we believe to be one of the best cloud-based systems in the market today.
In brief – the system is 100% web-based, and uniquely targeted to the chauffeuring industry. By this, we mean that you can access all of your data and functionality on any device from any location without loading any software on to your hardware. This gives you total freedom to administrate and control your business while avoiding the security issue of leaving a data trail on the hardware.
The system is intuitive and straightforward to implement and use and covers all the administration of your business from booking enquiry to invoicing the hire, then you can automatically link to sage, intuit or whatever accounting package you are using to upload your invoices automatically.
There are so many features it would be tedious to list here, but we try to work with our clients to analyse their diverse requirements and if required we incorporate changes to match our clients needs. But we are careful not to overload the system, making it complicated and messy, so we choose the features that will benefit the system as a whole.

CDS Connect is our cloud-based network, it is integrated between partners and seamless wherever in the world your partners live. Better than that we don’t take any commission for being part of the network, but it is only available to subscribers to our system. CDS Connect is based on the principle that you control and choose your own partnering network, to ensure adherence to your exacting standards when entrusting your clients to another company, we just enable you by providing the technology.
Our pricing is simple;
- £90 +VAT per calendar month for one administrative user at one time, but you can have multiple logins on multiple devices looking over the system without administrating.
- All Apps, tracking, software updates, postcode lookups, booking portals, full functionality included in price.
- No additional cost or limitation on number of drivers/cars/bookings.
