A feature that gives you the ability to send out a job offer to a group or groups of drivers. Saving you much time phoning around individual drivers to try and find someone.
How does it work?
- You have a job come through that you cannot cover.
- Click on the driver select option on the diary and choose Driver Select, to bring up your driver grid.
- Filter the list grid on the type of vehicle requested or on your predefined groups.
- Click the checkbox to select the drivers you wish to send it to.
- Decide if you want to send it to drivers by SMS, email, or both.
- Edit the email/SMS predefined template if necessary.
- Send immediately or schedule the system to automatically send out to different groups of drivers at different times. E.g. Group 1: send immediately, group 2 send 30 minutes later if no one in Group 1 takes the job, then Group 3, and so on.
- Allocating the job automatically as soon as someone takes it, and the job integrates and progresses on the diary as a regular job.
- You need to know who looked at the job offer, didn’t look and looked but didn’t want it? So easy logs are provided to display and analyse the data.
