Operations
Bulk driver allocation
One of the most requested improvements to our chauffeur dispatch software driver allocation workflow — you can now assign a driver to multiple hires in a single action. Select the hires you need via checkboxes, click any driver column in the selection, and confirm your intent. The platform applies the assignment across all selected hires simultaneously, eliminating the repetition that slows high-volume dispatch.
Client Management
Last portal login visibility
The Bookers list now surfaces the precise date and time each booker last accessed your client portal. If a booker reports they cannot see their bookings, you can resolve the matter in seconds and confirm whether they have ever logged in at all. It happens more than you might expect.
Real-Time Dispatch
Driver availability on the map
The Map screen now displays every driver who has marked themselves available in the driver app, including how long they are free for and their last known location. A powerful addition to our chauffeur dispatch software driver allocation tools — click any driver to see upcoming hires, then click a hire to assign them directly. Built for short-notice decisions. Driver Intelligence
Preferences at a glance
The Chauffeurs screen now carries five new columns: Client Likes, Client Dislikes, Passenger Likes, Passenger Dislikes, and an overall Score. Sort and filter on any of these to surface your strongest client-driver relationships and quietly sidestep the unsuitable ones. The data has always been there, now it is surfaced where it matters.
Workflow
Validation directly in the diary
Validation no longer requires opening a hire or navigating to the Pie. Add the V column to your diary view, click the icon, and the hire is validated, or un-validated, in place. Fewer interruptions to your flow.
Configuration
Auto text capacity expanded
The Auto text field has grown from 128 characters to 2,048 — a sixteen-fold increase. If you have ever found yourself constrained by that limit, the space is now yours. For more information, our users can search ‘Auto text’ in the Knowledge Base.
